Which is exactly what Mary-Kate Olsen's kitten heeled cutout booties screamed, "BRILLIANCE!" The shoes are absolutely darling and intriguing, two adjectives that don't usually go together but for some reason came together quite beautifully on Mary-Kate's feet.
